Deposit Policy

I take an approximate* 25% security deposit for all my bookings paid in advance to my business account. This deposit protects me against costs incurred from cancellations and is therefore non refundable. I do not consider a booking confirmed until I receive the deposit. The deposit is deducted from the total booking fee therefore I collect the remaining fee in cash when we meet.
The deposit locks in the agreed upon booking including the time, date, location and duration. Once the deposit is paid the duration of the booking cannot be shortened but in some cases it may be possible to extend. If you wish to end the booking early I will still collect my full fee of which the deposit was a promise. Should you wish to rearrange the date of the booking you will forfeit the deposit.
In the incredibly unlikely event that I need to cancel our booking** I will ask you if you wish to carry your deposit over to another date or if you would like the deposit returned to you.
For Fly Me To You and travel bookings I require full payment and expenses upfront. This is non refundable however I will allow the booking to be rescheduled once.

*I may round up the true % to avoid us having to deal with small change
